Come closer Dearie, there’s a curtain shifting in an open window of the abandoned farmhouse down the road where a spirit is whispering your name. The faint scent of roses and rain drifts through the air, as you walk up the broken steps. You knock once, but only hear a crow calling from a tall oak. You peer in the window, but it’s too dark to make out anything but glints from glass shards of a broken chandelier shattered on the floor. You turn the handle and step inside…suddenly a strong hand grips your arm, tugging you against the wall. “Shhh. Don’t make a sound.”
